Cain & Fuller Move to New Location

Cain & Fuller Lettings are delighted with their new premises in The Woolmarket, Cirencester.

With the ever expanding residential lettings market and the demand for more property to let, director Liz Cannon felt it important for Cain & Fuller Lettings to have their own premises with their own front door, and with more window exposure to show their landlords’ properties. This presents a better environment for her team to greet both tenants and landlords.

Liz’s team has grown over the years with the increase of properties available to rent, the constant changes in legislation and the need to manage properties at the highest level. Cain and Fuller Lettings provide a service to Landlords and tenants that is second to none.

Liz Cannon opened Cain and Fuller lettings in 2006. She is ARLA trained and qualified and has over the years created one of the busiest and most successful lettings and management businesses in the area. Liz believes she has a fantastic team who bring with them a huge amount of knowledge and experience. The success of Cain and Fuller lettings has been built on a team effort.

Meet Liz’s team…

Marie-Ann Higginson is branch manager and heads the property management team. She is also ARLA qualified and trained and has worked in the industry for 13 years. Marie-Ann loves that no two days are the same, and she provides exceptional customer service ensuring a landlord’s investment is fully protected.

Matt Dean is new business manager and has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in lettings for over 6 years. Matt is passionate about people and property and prides himself on delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Amelia Greener has been a property manager for over 8 years and has been a valued member of the team at Cain and Fuller lettings for 2 years. Amelia loves problem solving and enjoys the variety of Property Management. She ensures both Landlords and Tenants receive a first class service.

Sarah Walsh is Lettings administrator and has previous background in retail and sales which makes her a perfect fit with the team. Sarah not only matches people with property but ensures our customers are fully compliant and happy.
