Feed Me Cotswolds

Make up for lost time!

Afternoon tea is that wonderful slice of British tradition that we all know and love. The joy of choosing which delicious sandwich to have first, or whether to put jam on your scone before or after the cream.

Feed Me Cotswolds is hoping to lift your spirits this summer – and fill the void created by the limitations of current safety guidelines – by offering a traditional and charming afternoon tea delivered to your door.

Idyllic presentation

Mouthwatering treats, beautifully presented, generously portioned and hand delivered are an absolute winner for anyone who wants a special treat. Right now, we all deserve this indulgence, so you don’t need a special occasion to enjoy these sweet and savoury delights.

Typically, the afternoon tea consists of freshly filled finger sandwiches, homemade quiche and a scotch egg. This is followed by a delicate fruit tartlet, moist carrot cake and a chocolate treat. Of course, no tea would be complete without a scone with jam and cream and theirs are extremely light, despite their very generous size.

Feed Me Cotswolds is the brainchild of Jess Osborne and Jackie Tarleton, and afternoon tea is just one part of their blossoming catering business. They also offer masterclass home cookery events, private catering, children’s cooking parties as well as home delivery. In fact, they will turn their hand at anything food related. Jackie trained at the prestigious Cordon Bleu cookery school and has experience in running cookery classes for all ages and abilities. Jess is qualified in marketing and has years of experience working as a nanny in London and feeding demanding families.

Sweet and savoury

Their emphasis is on local, seasonal produce and they feel very lucky to live and work in the Cotswolds where there is an abundance of good fresh food from ethical suppliers. They do yummy vegan and veggie options too!

If you would like a slice of afternoon  tradition or you are interested in booking a cookery party for yourself and – maybe even – five socially distanced friends, contact Jess and Jackie at www.feedmecotswolds.co.uk
