BARNFEST – SATURDAY 25th JULY until SATURDAY 5th SEPTEMBER
With the opening weekend of BARNFEST selling out in a matter of hours the demand for tickets has not slowed as shows in the month-long calendar continue to sell out.
BARNFEST is the brainchild of The Barn Theatre’s Artistic Director – IWAN LEWIS and includes a host of theatre productions for all the family.
Opening with TWEEDY THE CLOWN, this weekend, until Saturday 1st August, the outdoor festival continues with wonderful children’s classics like WIND IN THE WILLOWS, THE ADVENTURES OF DOCTOR DOLITTLE, THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES, MICHAEL MORPURGO’S PRIVATE PEACEFUL, musical shows FUNNY GALS featuring Natasha Barnes and THE WORLD GOES ‘ROUND; drama in INSTRUCTIONS FOR A TEENAGE ARMAGEDDON staring Golden Globe actor Rosie Day from TV series OUTLANDER to Aaron Sidwell who played Henry V in the Barn’s acclaimed 2019 production in another Shakespeare favourite, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM; to complete a mix of programmes for everyone to enjoy.

The event will utilise the large open space at Ingleside House and Gardens adjacent to the Theatre where families can watch in a safe socially distanced environment whatever the weather. Don’t worry if it’s raining because we’ll have you covered.
