I’m offering a complimentary course to help you out over this difficult time. A free introduction to Mindfulness with practice and a chance to help yourself by learning how to meditate regularly.

Contact me for Zoom meeting details and to express an interest. No previous knowledge needed. This course is not designed for it if you have a specific problem you want to sort out; for that you’d need a more individual course or therapy with me. It is designed as a little pick me up for you at the moment and a chance to learn something new.
