Cannon Estates has been running a very popular competition on social media to win one NO FEE SALE prize draw for a property sale during the January, February and March. Although at the time of writing the March result isn’t yet due, we can tell you that there are happy people selling the first two winning properties, one in Alexander House, Spitalgate Lane, and the other in Lavender Court, Lavender Lane.

Liz Cannon always uses a specialist recruiting agency for her staff, and her newest recruit is twenty-five year old Harry Steel. He studied International Business Management at the RAU and then worked in the property industry in between Uni and starting at Cannon Estates. Harry says his passion for property comes from his parents who bought and sold many properties for investment. As he says, “They flipped properties for most of my life whilst I was growing up!”

Cannon Estates offers a bespoke selling package for all their properties. Whether a one-bed flat, 5-bed house or a mansion, each customer gets the same product. Sales for Cannon Estates are going well and have been helped further as the government has now extended the Stamp Duty Holiday benefit for buyers to 30th June for properties up to £500K and to 30th September for those up to £250K.

Liz is keen for Cannon Estates to move into larger property sales – including land and country homes and luxury apartments – and has specialist experienced team members to look after them. However, she is keen to stress that her current market, from first-time buyers to families remains very important to her. Cannon Estates will continue selling the full range of properties on behalf of clients, both landlords and private sellers.

As well as good sales, Cannon Estates had over 20 lettings finalised last month.
