Be inspired by Purusha ‘P’, local mum of two and a world record breaker, who will tell us why rowing 2,700 miles across the Pacific Ocean taught her self-belief.
Ocean Sheroes, a four woman team, completed the challenge to row unsupported across the Pacific Ocean in June 2021. Dubbed as one of the world’s toughest challenges, the team completed the race in record time, breaking both the previous men’s and women’s world records.

P will share stories, reflections from her time at sea, her personal journey to the start line, and how a change in mindset took her from depressed to becoming a world record holder.
