Sun 6 Feb: CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS. Circular walk from Waterloo car park, Cirencester. The walk goes via Stratton, Daglingworth, Italy, Bagendon and Baunton before returning via Bowling Green Lane and Abbey Grounds. 9 miles/14.5km. Morag Masters. 01793 751357 / 07730 454512. Sun 13 Feb: CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Minchinhampton Common, Amberley and Burleigh. Walk starts from car park on the Common and continues through Amberley and Burleigh, with interesting landmarks on the walk such as mounds called the Bulwarks. Sun 20 Feb: CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Starting from the NT car park at Shortwood, past the viewing point to Haresfield Beacon with spectacular views across to South Wales. We follow Cotswold Way towards Randwick to enter Standish Woods & make our way back up to the start.  Travel £3. 6.5mi /10.5km. Chris & Kim Tye 01285 644350 / 07887 996048. Wed 23 Feb: CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS. From Eastleach we walk through village then along the River Leach to the Roman road, Akeman Street.  When we reach Sheep Bridge we return on other side of R. Sun 27 Feb: CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS. From Woodland Car Park for Chedworth Roman Villa along Monarchs Way and through Chedworth Woods to give splendid views of Chedworth and surrounding countryside.  Then to Rendcomb and after Newman’s Covert joins the Macmillan Way.  Back to village before descending to the Cafe at the Roman Villa, which should be open for refreshments at the end of the walk.  Travel £2. 6.5mi / 10.5km.
