CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Sunday 2nd October. From Moreton-in-Marsh, Monarch’s and Heart of England Ways to Bourton-on-the Hill.  Continuing on the Heart of England Way past Sezincote House picking up Monarch’s Way back to Moreton.  (This is the walk leader’s first and last walk before returning to the USA) (Travel donation £4) 6mi / 9.7km . CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Thursday 6th October. From the British Legion car park in Bourton-on-the-Water we use the Windrush, Gloucestershire, Macmillan, Wardens, Heart of England and Monarch’s Ways to follow the River Windrush and River Eye to Upper/Lower Slaughter before returning to Bourton.  (Travel donation £3 plus parking £3 per car) 5mi / 8.1km  Mike & Rosemary Bailey 01666 577755, 07870 976315. CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Sunday, 9th October. Coate Water to Washpool.  Then onto Chiseldon Church  through Badbury Park (now houses), but keeping on the old path back to Coate Water. CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Sunday 16 October.  Starting from Waterloo car park, through Chesterton to Ewen, joining the Thames Path to the source and return on Monarch’s Way. 9.5mi / 15.3k  Morag Masters 01793 751357, 07730 454512. CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Sunday 23rd October. From Upper Slaughter, a steady climb up the side of the valley and continue along the top of the Wold. Through the humps and bumps of the deserted village of Lower Harford and River Windrush. Through to Lower Slaughter and past the Old Mill and back to Upper Slaughter. CIRENCESTER RAMBLERS Sunday 30th October. From Back Lane long stay car park, Winchcombe – (pay and display). The route takes us from Winchcombe on to the Cotswold Way. A steep ascent to Belas Knapp Long Barrow. Then a descent back to the start.  (Travel donation £4 plus parking) 5.5mi / 8.8km  Chris & Kim Tye 01285 644350, 07887 996048.
