It has been just over a year since Watermoor Point opened its doors to the public, offering flexible offices and storage space in the heart of the Cirencester.
During that time the offices have gone from zero to nearly 90% occupancy. It is my firm belief that Watermoor Point is built on the untapped potential of Cirencester as a business location. When the Colt Cars site came on to the market, I felt that there could be an opportunity to create something that Cirencester and the surrounding area needed – a business venue with flexible office and storage provision. The uptake we have seen over the last 12 months has surpassed our expectations and really demonstrates the resilience of the local economy.
