With Christmas around the corner, now seems as good a time as any to share the ANI Christmas story.
ANI Skincare was, in many respects, born and raised over Christmas. Around 12 years ago I decided to make gifts for friends and family. I had always made my own skincare, I could never seem to find products that were kind to my skin. I bottled up and labelled a selection. The gifts were gifted and that, I thought, was that. Until the beginning of March when friends and family came back for more. They too appreciated a product that was kind to their skin.
So, ANI, which stands for As Nature Intended, was born. I did a number of shows through the year, but the real growth happened when I ran pop-up shops in Cirencester at Christmas. I’ve opened shops in Pakeman’s – now Blushes, Stradlings which became Goldsmiths and is now Cotswold Contemporary Art Gallery and various others, culminating in our permanent shop in Stable Yard on Black Jack Street.
So, ANI, was raised over Christmas in Cirencester.
And the Christmas vibe continues with a date for your diaries! On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd December the businesses in Stable Yard will be opening late with Christmassy fun, refreshments and entertainment.
Everything we do is predicated on being kind: kind to yourself, kind to the planet, kind to others and, of course, kind to your skin. If you’d like to share that kindness, we have small stocking fillers to luxurious gift sets, all made in Cirencester with love. We look forward to seeing you.
