Can you tell us a little about yourself and your role?
My name is Nichola Sant (Nicci), and I’m one of the founders of Specialist Orthodontic Solutions. I’m a Specialist Orthodontist, which means I’ve completed several additional years of training focused purely on straightening teeth and improving bite and jaw alignment.
My role is to oversee patient care from start to finish—reviewing referrals, assessing each patient’s needs, and ensuring they receive the most appropriate treatment from the right clinician. I also work closely with local dentists to support more complex or cosmetic cases.
You’ve recently relocated and rebranded—what does this mean for patients?
We’ve grown significantly, and our new clinic reflects that. The move allows us to offer more appointments, more space, and a better overall patient experience.
Our new name also makes it clear what we stand for—specialist-led orthodontic care.
What improvements can patients expect?
Patients can expect a modern, purpose-built clinic with the latest digital technology, including 3D scanning and advanced treatment planning. We’ve also expanded our team and appointment availability, making it easier to start and continue treatment.
Why was creating this new environment important?
We wanted a space designed entirely around orthodontic patients—comfortable, efficient, and focused on delivering the best possible results.
What makes your approach different?
