SOME MOTHERS DO ‘AVE ‘EM: 8th July – 17th August

Audience favourite, Sam Denia (Murder for Two and Treasure Island) returns to take on the role of the loveable accident-prone Franks Spencer in the Barn’s comedy production of the 1970’s classic TV hit, SOME MOTHERS DO AVE EM.
Directed by Joseph O’Malley, (also a returnee, he previously directed The Hound of the Baskerville, The 39 Steps, Ben Hur and Around the World in 80 Days), this production is filled with laugh out loud comedy gold one liners, stunts galore in true Buster Keaton meets Mr Bean fashion and will guarantee to have you leaving the theatre grinning from ear to ear and wanting to come back for more. Hilarious entertainment for all the family! Definitely one for all ages.
STONES IN HIS POCKETS: 23 August – 14 September

The Olivier Award winning Stones in his Pockets makes a popular return for 3 weeks only before going on a short UK tour.
Set in a rural Ireland, a small village is turned upside down by the arrival of a Hollywood studio to film the latest historical blockbuster. Told through the eyes of local lads Charlie Conlon and Jake Quinn, who are employed as extras, it soon becomes clear that Tinseltown’s romanticised dream of Ireland is a long way from reality…
‘Stones in His Pockets,’ will again capture the magic of the original production with the added thrill of new stagecraft.
ROOM 13, A modern haunting: 27 September – 8 November

Like many ghost themed plays, such Woman in Black, 2:22, this new exclusive Built by Barn work looks to emulate those success stories. Written by the hugely talented duo of Rachel Wagstaff and Duncan Able, (theatre adaptations of Girl on the Train and The DaVinci Code), ROOM 13 is inspired by the ghost stories of M.R. James. Full of drama and suspense, coupled with some Barn special effects, this production is guaranteed to have you on the edge of your seats with an adrenaline-filled, hair-raising night of entertainment you won’t forget.
In a lonely hotel, four strangers are forced to spend the night in Room 13. Bearing the weight of their own grief, shame and darkness, they come to realise that Room 13 has secrets of its own.
THREE MUSKETEERS, A New Musical Adventure: 24 November – 4 January

The perfect swash-buckling Festive five-star musical adventure for all the family. Determined to avenge his father and become a Musketeer, D’Artagnan heads to Paris which brings him more than he could possibly have imagined, or even dared to dream…
Join the Barn, this Christmas for some rip-roaring thrills that will have you dancing and singing from here to the French countryside! If you liked last year’s festive production of Treasure Island, then you’re going to love this one!
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a trip to the Barn.
